Common questions
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the site, the code and the content are yours — built on WordPress or Shopify, with no lock-in.
What if I don't like the design?
Revisions are included, and we start with a homepage concept for your feedback before building everything else.
How long does it take?
A few weeks once we have your content — photos, logo and text. The timeline really depends on how quickly that comes through.
What about SEO or social media?
Search-engine foundations are included. Ongoing campaigns aren't, but we can scope them — or a care plan — separately.
