Website design in Sydney, built lean.

Premium, custom-built websites for Sydney small businesses — designed to win enquiries, built fast, and handed over in full. Fixed price, no agency overhead, and you own everything.

01

A bigger website is rarely the answer. A clearer one usually is.

Scoped in writing. Priced before anything is built. Handed over in full.

02

Built for Sydney businesses.

We're a Sydney-based studio building websites for the businesses around us — trades and building services, clinics and allied health, cafés and small retail, consultants and professional services. Whether you're in the CBD, the Inner West, the North Shore, the Eastern Suburbs, the Hills or Western Sydney, we build you a site that looks the part and brings in the work.

The studio is built for local businesses: a real conversation, a clear quote, and a finished site you can be proud to put on your van, your card and your Google profile.

03

What's included.

Premium custom design

No templates dressed up — a design built around your business, mobile-first, fast to load.

Found on Google

On-page SEO foundations, Google Business Profile alignment, and a structure local customers can actually find.

An enquiry engine

Clear calls to action, quote/contact forms and click-to-call, so visitors turn into jobs.

Fast on mobile data

Lean markup and compressed images, because most visitors arrive on a phone with two bars.

Yours to keep

Built on WordPress or Shopify, in your name. Full handover, no lock-in, no hostage situations.

04

Who we build for.

We tailor the site to how your industry actually wins customers. Each has its own page and its own structure.

05

WordPress or Shopify.

Service and local businesses get a fast, editable WordPress site. Selling products online? We build a clean Shopify storefront you fully own. We'll recommend the right platform in your free consult — never one you're locked into.

Choose WordPress if you sell your time

If a good page ends in a phone call, a quote request or a booking, WordPress is the choice: room for service and suburb pages, editable without a developer, and an ecosystem large enough that you're never stranded. How we build WordPress →

Choose Shopify if you sell products

Once money changes hands on the site, the hard parts are payments, security and stock — none of them worth hand-building. Shopify handles checkout, compliance and uptime; the storefront stays in your own account. How we build Shopify →

Genuinely torn — a shop that also does installs, a clinic that sells a few products? Our WordPress vs Shopify guide works through the edge cases.

06

What SEO foundations mean.

“SEO included” is a phrase that hides a lot. Here is what it covers on a Sydney local business site, and what it doesn't.

On the page

A unique title and meta description per page. One H1 and a heading structure that follows the content. Alt text, readable URLs, and internal links so your key pages aren't three clicks deep. An XML sitemap and robots file, submitted to Search Console.

For local search

Name, address and phone written identically everywhere they appear, matched to your Google Business Profile. LocalBusiness schema, so search engines and AI answer engines read your hours and service area as facts rather than guesses. A page per service, and per suburb you actually work in — not fifty thin suburb pages.

Under the bonnet

Fast loads, stable layout, mobile-first rendering, HTTPS. Analytics and Search Console set up in your accounts, so the data is yours from day one.

What it isn't: an ongoing campaign. Foundations make you findable and correctly described. Link building and monthly optimisation are separate work — see the care plans.

07

How the price gets fixed.

Scope · quote · build

A fixed price is only honest if the scope is honest, so the scoping comes first: a free consult to work out what the site has to do and how many pages that takes. You get it in writing — pages, inclusions, revisions, price, timeline — before anything is built.

If the scope doesn't change, the number doesn't. Want something added mid-build? We quote it as its own small piece of work and you decide — nothing gets quietly absorbed and re-invoiced at launch.

What moves the number

Page count

The biggest single factor. Three pages, eight pages and fifteen pages are three different jobs.

Functionality

Bookings, memberships, quote tools, or anything integrating with software you already run.

Content readiness

Text and photos ready means a faster build. If it has to be written or sourced, that's scoped in.

Migration

Moving an existing site, preserving URLs and setting redirects so you keep the rankings you have.

Want a figure first? The cost calculator gives a range in a minute; the cost guide explains what sits behind it.

08

What you own at handover.

Everything. That word does heavy lifting in this industry, so here is what it means here.

The domain stays registered in your name. Hosting is in your name, on a host you can leave. The WordPress install or Shopify store is yours, with administrator logins handed over at launch — not a sub-account under ours. The design, the code and the words are yours to keep, change, or hand to another studio.

Analytics and Search Console live in your own Google account, so the history follows you rather than us. You also get a recorded walkthrough and a support window after launch.

No proprietary platform to leave, no licence to keep paying for, and no page only we can edit. Why ownership matters →

Ask any studio three questions

Whose name is on the domain?

Can I move hosts without a rebuild?

If I stop paying monthly, does it keep working?

Yours, yes, yes. Anything else is renting.

09

Fixed Sydney pricing.

Our packages start from $1,200 ex GST for a small site and $2,000 for the 5–8 page Local Service Sprint we recommend most often. Every project is a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start — the number you're quoted is the number you pay.

Essentials — from $1,200

One to three pages. Suits a sole operator or a new business that needs to exist properly online and take enquiries — a mobile mechanic, a personal trainer, a consultant testing an offer. One service, one clear message.

Local Service Sprint — from $2,000

Five to eight pages, and the one we recommend most. Suits a business with several distinct services and a defined patch — a trade covering the Inner West, a clinic with four practitioners. Separate service and location pages let you rank for those searches separately; a one-pager can't.

Authority — from $4,000

Ten to fifteen pages, for an established business where the site carries real weight: a firm with a team to introduce, a builder with a portfolio worth walking through.

Not sure? Try the website cost calculator or compare packages. Selling products rather than services? Shopify storefronts start from $2,000.
